While sharing meals and conversations with local leaders, a profound need for connection and community for leaders within our area became crystal clear.
This group is built upon the principles of community, connection and collaboration among organizational leaders. Our goal is to provide a safe space for those in leadership positions to refill their wells, deep dive into personal and professional experiences, engage with peers in problem solving, and build a true community of leaders in Central New York.ย

CRITERIA FOR MEMBERSHIP:
- Someone with an active current leadership role in Central New York
- Must be in a leadership role and manage or direct a team
- Open to all industries (volunteer organizations, charities and nonprofit leaders are all welcome!)
